What is EFT?
EFT is known as emotional acupuncture and combines ancient Chinese acupressure with modern psychology. Also known as ‘Tapping’, this process targets specific meridian points on the body and when you tap on these points you send a calming signal to your brain to release the stress, trauma and negative emotions from the mind, body and heart.
This technique enables you to turn off the stress response and release trapped emotions that you may have suppressed (consciously or subconsciously) for many years allowing you to experience more calm, clarity and confidence.
