What can I expect in a MAP session?
Before your first session, you will watch a 15 minute video to begin teaching your brain.
Then, at your first session you will have another few minutes of training for your brain. This allows all parts of your mind to agree and work together.
In contrast to many other modalities, MAP is gentle and relaxing. All you need to do is bring up the issue in your mind and experience how it makes you feel. Then you simply close your eyes and observe your experience! After a few minutes, you will report the progress of what has changed in both your body, mind, and emotions. Then we will simply find the next instruction to give to your brain and so on…
This is a gentle and non-invasive technique where you are guided by your coach without the need for physical interaction, hypnosis or talking at length about the issue. It is possible to receive a successful MAP session without sharing your memories, emotions or stories if you don’t want to and for all details to remain completely private, making it respectful, caring and non-invasive.
You are fully conscious and in control throughout the session, with your higher mind directing the healing.
The best news is the results are long-lasting. Once cleared the memories are rewired and it is permanent.
