Neurophysical Enhancement Training
The cutting-edge ‘secret’ to increasing physical strength, stamina, athleticism and vitality.
NET is a form of reprogramming that uses the power of your mind to help your body become fitter, stronger and healthier.
Neurophysical Enhancement Training uses psychology to focus as many neurones in the brain and body as possible to enhance physical performance. Whether you want to get the best out of a gentle jog around the park on a Sunday morning, run your best-ever time in a marathon, jump higher or further, or increase strength and endurance, this program is designed to help you achieve just that. It will even benefit you if you really would prefer to do no exercise at all but want to maintain the best physical health you can.
“So whether you’re a self-confessed ‘couch potato’ or an avid athlete looking to hit peak performance, this training program is for you!”
Much research has shown that in order to maintain good health, physical and psychological fitness is important – and the fitter you are, both physically and psychologically, the longer and more comfortably you are likely to live.
It’s all to do with Telomerase, a hormone that repairs the Telomeres, the ‘end caps’ on DNA strands in your cells. The Telomeres shorten with every cell division and Telomerase is the repair solution… but stress destroys Telomerase, which is why people who have stress for years often look older than they are, and actually are often biologically older. So anything that looks after your body’s levels of Telomerase has to be a good thing – and that’s what the Neurophysical Enhancement Training is all about.
This training will help you to achieve optimum psychological fitness to get the absolute most out of any physical activities you do. You don’t have to spend hours and hours sweating in the gym – even if you do only a minimal amount of exercise, this program will enhance your efforts. In fact, if you did no exercise at all, you would still get some benefit from this program!
The ideal situation is:
If you’re not physically active or have some physical limitations then your program will be tailored to meet your current abilities. It is possible to do this program with minimal physical exercise and increased mental workouts.

And for a 52 year old I’d say is a pretty good pace!! It felt natural and relatively easy. The rest of the run was also faster than usual. I also did some shorter runs at a much faster pace than usual and it felt fine”.
13kms at 9.44 pace 7.25 min/km (heart rate 159; Elevation gain 144 metres; temperature warm)
16kms at 9.07 pace 5.48min/kms (Heart Rate 167; Elevation gain 172 metres; temperature warm)
I sat there for 30 minutes after attempting to revisit the same memory but found I simply could not access it! This definitely gave me confidence straight away in the potential effectiveness of the mind exercises and I was excited to get started. I definitely felt positive effects of the mind exercises, particularly when done directly before the physical exercises. I also found the mind exercises both relaxing and invigorating. I have definitely noticed a physical difference to my targeted areas; most notably my core and arms which have always been my “problem areas”. In such a short space of time I wasn’t expecting to see such a difference and I’m excited to see where I’ll be in a few more weeks!”
The number one thing by far is my shoulder mobility. It is without a doubt the best range of movement I’ve had in 4 years since injuring it. I’ve spent a lot of money over the past few years but nothing has worked before this. There’s nothing about the programme I didn’t like. It was fairly straight forward. In a small matter of time I’ve found positives physically and also mentally. I’ll carry on doing the exercises. It’s the opposite of time consuming. The fact you can sit on your bed for 20 minutes and it’s good for your mental state but also physical is great”.
