About Sally
Hello and welcome!
I work from my clinic in Melbourne, as well as online for clients both within Australia and overseas. I help clients of all ages, overcome long standing health conditions, release stress and psychological issues, and improve their learning and performance.
My approach to wellbeing is quite simply…holistic; it’s about bringing harmony to the whole body, not just the separate parts, resolving all physical, mental, emotional, and energetic stressors, and addressing the root causes, not just the symptoms.
I have studied and experimented with many modalities to bring together a comprehensive and cohesive group of services to address all conditions using this holistic approach. These modalities are ever expanding and evolving which I love, as I’m committed to undertaking regular post graduate training in biochemistry, energy medicine, coaching, psychotherapy, counselling, supplementation, nutrition, and neuroscience (and more!) to ensure I have the latest knowledge and protocols available.

My personal philosophy for wellness and what you’ll find at Omni Wellness is an approach that focuses on the following core principles.
My focus is to help you succeed in school, career and life, through excellent health and wellbeing. When we perform at our best and achieve the goals we set for ourselves we have a greater sense of self and a higher level of wellbeing. I support individuals of all ages and stages of life regain their ‘ideal self’ by addressing stress and its impact on the nervous system, balancing minerals and reducing physical symptoms, regulating the immune system and its response to stress, and maximising the brain’s neural activity for all levels of functioning. Yes, I address the importance of nutrition, lifestyle, digestion, metabolism etc., however these alone do not address the root cause of illness, nor does any one of these things in isolation.
Your mind and body are inextricably linked, addressing one without the other is futile if you wish to achieve true healing. Your body is physical, mental, emotional and energetic – in my experience, if you wish to achieve true healing, you must embrace a holistic approach to become, or return to, your ‘ideal self’.
My approach is holistic, outcomes focussed and most importantly empowering. In addition to my supportive guidance, I encourage you and empower you to take charge of your own health. True healing comes from within, my job is to be your guide and facilitator, but healing requires a commitment to understand how you became out of balance in the first place and make the necessary changes to restore balance. When we delegate our health to others, we lose touch with our own knowingness, including what our bodies require and desire. My job is to empower you to regain that trust in yourself and ‘to know what you know’.
My approach to health and wellbeing is born out of my search for the missing pieces to my wellbeing and my knowingness that dealing with the physical symptoms alone was not going to bring me true healing. I can assure you I have done ‘the work’. I have addressed all levels of my being; the physical, mental, emotional and energetic and I continue to address issues as they arise, not only to maintain my wellbeing but to continually expand, evolve, create and actualise my life with ease. The great news is that you now have the benefit of all my learnings and a suite of tools, knowledge and experience that I love to share, to guide you on a much smoother and well-lit path to reach your health and lifestyle goals.
What makes me different to many other health practitioners is my ability to identify and transform the underlying stressors. The ability to neutralise stress; whether it’s biochemical, nutritional, emotional, environmental, conscious or subconscious, to support your mind and body to heal naturally from the inside out and to help you join the dots for why and how you became out of balance in the first place. Armed with this knowledge and tools we can begin to neutralise the effects of these stressors and change the course of your health and lifestyle to create and/or upgrade to the NEW you! In my search for health and wellness, I have become the practitioner I was seeking. Someone who could look at me as a whole and had the skills, tools and expertise to address my whole being. I was searching for someone who could review my test results along with symptoms, stress, lifestyle and personal history, and not only put it all together, but support and guide me to bring my mind and body back into balance. I look forward to being that practitioner for you!
“Sally has beautiful energy and with her patience and compassion she helped me to work through my issue. Sally was very thorough and helped me see things from a perspective that I had been unable to find on my own.”
As a year 12 student I sustained a number of sporting injuries and was diagnosed with Glandular Fever which impacted my year greatly. Without ongoing support and rehabilitation, I experienced long term impacts to my wellbeing. Armed with the knowledge and expertise to overcome these situations now, I enjoy guiding students to succeed physically, mentally, emotionally and academically through these intense and important years in their life.
Maya is one student who has benefited from my holistic approach and has gone from strength to strength personally, academically and on the sporting field.
As a thirteen year old, Maya presented with poor digestive health (pain, diarrhoea, bloating, nausea), fatigue, poor appetite and pale complexion, poor sleeping, PMS, and was at times listless, reserved and quiet.
After receiving a series of CyberScan sessions, mineral support and implementing recommended lifestyle changes, her family reported that they have a ‘new daughter’. She now eats breakfast, has a large appetite, can participate in multiple extra-curricular activities, has colour back in her face, has no digestive pain or discomfort, she is sleeping better and her personality has flourished. Her family have commented on how “funny, witty and brighter” she is. Previously her mother reported that her daughter would have to ‘pace herself’ and she would monitor her daughter’s social and sporting activities, but now she is keeping up with her peers, playing and competing in multiple sports, and her academic results have also improved.
“Sally Liston and the Omni Wellness program have become integral in the healing of our 14 yr old daughter. Sally’s knowledge of CyberScan coupled with her own health experiences, ensure a gentle, caring and educated approach to wellness. We have watched our daughter’s overall health & wellbeing improve under the guidance of Sally. We have used conventional medicine to monitor her progress alongside Omni Wellness and believe we are giving our daughter the best opportunity to be at her best. We see a long relationship with the program for our whole family”.

Maya is now 16 years old and continues to receive regular consults to maintain her physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. Maya is a highly driven teen who strives to excel at school and in sport. It’s often our Type A Teens who need the additional mineral and mind support to alleviate the stresses they place on their minds and body’s to achieve success. Maya receives mineral, nutritional and energetic support to balance her mind and body, in addition to therapies such as BWRT and MAP Coaching for stress management. As a result, she is now academically at the top of her class and striving to make the state netball team in 2021.
“All the best Maya! I wish you every success and look forward to continuing to support you to achieve your academic and sporting goals in Years 11 and 12”

The focus of our sessions are for you to become your ‘ideal self’ and create your ‘ideal life’, whatever that looks and feels like for YOU.
Melissa, 36 years old, initially came to see me to receive health coaching and neuropsychotherapy.
She presented with anxiety, depression, feeling overwhelmed, ruminating and racing thoughts, difficulty sleeping, low mood, low energy, difficulty expressing herself, self-esteem issues, boundary and relationship issues, childhood bullying, body image and binge eating.
Throughout our time working together we have addressed all aspects of her lifestyle and wellbeing. Although our sessions have predominantly focussed on releasing mental and emotional stress from childhood conditioning, relationship with herself and others, her role as a wife and mother, traumas, boundaries, fears, anxiety, ruminating, communication, self empowerment and parenting, we’ve also addressed her physical wellbeing by improving her nutrition, sleep, mineral profile and supporting her to achieve her goals at work and at home.
Melissa continues sessions to release the remaining blocks holding her back, as well as to receive coaching and accountability to implement some personal goals she has set for herself. The importance of this phase of our therapy is for her to to see and experience the internal changes she’s made reflected in her external day-to-day life.
“Since I live in a rural area, the ability to do online sessions has been so valuable to me. Sally has helped me to address subconscious beliefs which have been holding me back from taking action & fully enjoying life. I feel supported to work towards creating the life I want & working on life goals with less resistance. I’m so grateful for a wonderful therapeutic connection with Sally”.

Melissa’s commitment and her desire to want something greater for herself is inspirational.
“Congratulations Melissa in all that you’ve achieved this year. Working with you is a joy!”
