EESystem sessions offer a gentle, non-invasive way for children to experience greater calm, clarity, and resilience in their daily lives. And all while resting, sleeping or playing!!

Each session takes place in our calming EESystem Lounge, where children can relax and just be. They may choose to read, draw, chat, play with their toys, rest, or even fall asleep. There’s no requirement for silence; this is a relaxed, respectful space for children and parents to unwind together.

Our team will be there to welcome you and help your family settle in comfortably.

• Bathrooms are accessible at any time during your session.

• We have lift access to accommodate all levels of mobility

• A drink bottle (water only in the lounge)

• Socks for each person (no shoes or bare feet in the lounge)

• Your child’s preferred activities: books, toys, cards, games, etc.

Yes! A parent or guardian must stay with their child for all Kids EESystem sessions (except Teen Sessions, where this is not required – for more information see below). You’ll both benefit from being in the energy field, and your presence helps your child feel safe and supported.

• Make sure your child is well hydrated before and after

• Have a light snack or meal beforehand, so no one arrives hungry

• Dress in comfy layers – the body temperature may drop slightly during deep relaxation

• Please avoid wearing perfumes or strong fragrances in the lounge

We offer 1-hour and 2-hour sessions for kids and families.

The effects of the EESystem are cumulative, meaning benefits grow over time. We recommend starting with regular sessions (weekly or twice weekly) and adjusting based on how your child responds.

Yes, we highly recommend it. A detox bath or foot soak helps the body release toxins and integrate the energy from the session.

If a full bath isn’t practical, a warm foot soak with our detox salts is a great alternative. Our detox blend is available at the centre or online.

Yes! Our Teen Sessions (approx. 13 –18 year olds) are 2 hours long and allow teens to attend without a parent or guardian, if they feel comfortable and if they can sit quietly and independently.

These 2-hour sessions are part of our regular Energy Enhancement System sessions.

Designed as independent and quiet sessions, the lights are off, creating a calm environment where teens and adults can sleep or relax. There is an expectation of silence and stillness to maintain the peaceful setting. Mobile phones and other devices are not permitted in the room.

Teens also have the option to join their parents and siblings during our Kids & Family Sessions if that’s preferred.

These sessions are wonderful for supporting emotional balance, focus, and managing school-related stress.

Absolutely. Children are welcome to attend with a support worker or carer. Just let us know in advance who will be accompanying the child.
