Energy Enhancement System: How often should I come?

One of the most common questions we receive about the Energy Enhancement System (EESystem) is, "How often do I need to come?". Dr. Sandra Rose Michael recommends 20 hours as a starting point for everyone looking to enhance their cellular charge, even if you are fit and well.

When you sit in the EESystem lounge, your body syncs up to the frequencies, scalar waves, and photonic light, acting like a battery charger for your cells and supporting your body to return to balance and homeostasis. The more time you spend in the EESystem Lounge the more opportunity you are giving your body to sync and charge up.


Since our opening, we have welcomed hundreds of people with a wide range of health and well-being goals. Based on their experiences, especially those dealing with chronic illnesses and dis-eases, we’ve learned:

  • 20 hours: A solid foundation to start experiencing benefits.

  • 60 hours: Expect to see significant changes.

  • 100 hours: Major changes should be evident in scans and tests.


To achieve the best results, we recommend committing to a concentrated program initially before moving to a maintenance schedule.

  • Initial Program: Commit to a concentrated program for at least the first 6-8 weeks. This period allows your body to adapt and maximise the benefits of the EESystem.

  • Health Intentions/Chronic Conditions: For those working towards specific health intentions or managing chronic conditions, aim for regular and multiple visits each week. This can be achieved through 2, 4.5, or 7-hour sessions during the day and overnight stays at night (10 hours in the EESystem).

  • Individualised Plan: Book a complimentary health strategy session to discuss your goals and develop an individualised EESystem schedule.


Holistic Approach

It's important to set realistic expectations: if it’s taken 60 years to accumulate your current condition, then a couple of months commitment to addressing it isn’t a long time. What we do know is that walking in and out of a gym twice doesn’t produce a lean, fit, sculpted body, and the EESystem is the same. It requires investment and commitment to a new version of you that takes time, effort and a desire to not only attend regular sessions, but to prioritise other aspects of your life to support the change that’s occurring for you.

What you do outside your sessions is just as important:

  • Drink good clean filtered water.

  • Maintain healthy nutrition.

  • Ensure adequate sleep and rest.
